I gots a virus so i am using my iPod to type this. I will no longer be doing this due to the long periods of time that i have spent on it. I will restart the project in December, when I can afford a new computer. My friends in different countries will still do the project. But there will be no US or english release.
Ok last night I accidently deleted the repo and the first twenty lines of coding. This will take some amount of time to fix, and now that I think of it I will release one beta with most features taken out like the newest features I just announced.
1) Use the camera and your photo albulms to make boot logos. 2) Compression of photos to fit inside the 100lb limit. 3) Bricked recovery in desktop app.
This part that i am working on now will support 2.0+ only, eventually I will add others below 2.0 and will put it on before official release of rCadium 1. Just so everyone knows, I AM NEVER GOING TO RELEASE THIS B4 IT IS 100% FINISHED. That means no betas, maybe one. But that's a slim chance.
There is a new feature coming that will let you dual boot firmwares. Also, the now, the app will let you take off the apps you get from Installer, and Installer itself. Through wifi, edge or 3G(which has been confirmed completely now) You can access any apps that you have on your computer weither it be windows or a mac. And yes my friend named Ponmo is creating the mac version with me.
I will create a debugging app after rCadium is done with. It will basicially be a mobile version of Instruments in the iPhone SDK. This will be my next big porject. I'm probably getting ahead of my self though.
The blog is created and the repo for the firmware files is finished. Working on wifi syncing. will take a while. Finishing other stuff b4 i even start to really jump into the pile of work i have for this project. You people better be damn greatful.
